The City of St. Thomas is performing road improvements on Ada Street – at times this may impact road access to our 66 West Ave (St. Thomas) location.

During times that Ada Street is closed, those approaching our clinic from the south will be required to travel one block north on Wilson Avenue to Chester Street, turn left onto Chester Street, then turn left onto West Ave and proceed to our clinic (see map below).
